Mark Gray

Mark Gray has over 30 years of experience in the field of education. Mark has worked at 365bet for the last 18 years helping academically at-risk students succeed. First, with the TRIO Student Support Services program and now with the University Student Success, Mark has worked as a student success coordinator and director while at Austin Peay. Mark was also a teacher for ten years on the high school level, an adjunct instructor for four years on the community college level, and served as an Associate Professor for five years at Vincennes University. In addition, Mark’s career has included working for eight years with the U.S. Department of Agriculture as a soil scientist and conservationist.
Stephanie Pollock

Steph, a Nebraska native, began her career in 2013 in Residence Life. Her interests within the field led to her roles in advising, recruitment and retention, and now as Student Success Professional at Austin Peay. Steph is passionate about providing her students with holistic and individualized guidance and resources as they connect their academic interests to their goals. Outside of the office, Steph enjoys creating music and art, taking her standup paddleboard on the water, and exploring local hidden gems.
Anthea C. Saez

Anthea C. Saez joined the CO STEM Student Success team as an academic advisor in September 2022. She previously worked in the natural dyeing/textile industry as an agricultural research associate within the R&D department in Springfield, TN. Before moving to Clarksville, Anthea worked as a high school science teacher at Harmony Science Academy in El Paso, TX, and as a success coach and adjunct professor for biology at Central Carolina Community College in NC. Anthea's graduate studies included research experience within large animal food safety (microbiology), agricultural education and curriculum development, and research project management experience, including international research in Costa Rica and Honduras within an animal science food safety and food security setting.
Sabrina Marsh

Sabrina Marsh has been involved with the 365bet community since 2015 as a student and employee in multiple different roles. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration in 2019 and a Master of Science in Public Health Education in 2021. While obtaining her undergraduate degree, she worked on campus at the Learning Resource Center as a Student Learning Assistant and tutor. While obtaining her graduate degree, Sabrina worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the Health and Human Performance Department. In 2022, before switching to the Office for Student Success to be a CoSTEM Academic Advisor, she served as a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Health and Human Performance Department teaching five different HHP courses. In her free time, Sabrina enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with her family.
Jesse Day

Jesse Day is a Co-STEM Academic Advisor who relocated to Clarksville in August 2022. He previously served as the lead STEM Advisor at Lorain County Community College in Lorain, OH. He also served as a Student Success Coach before becoming an Advisor. Jesse earned his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Kentucky in 2001. He is passionate about providing students with genuine and quality advising to prepare them for their future. When Jesse is not advising students, he can be found on the football field or basketball court as a high school official.
Rachel Carlson

Rachel Carlson has lived in Clarksville for 10 years and began her career at Austin Peay in 2021. Her professional experience includes being a research faculty member for Florida State University, an assistant research coordinator for the University of Minnesota, and serving eight years in the United States Army Reserves as a Medical Plans Officer. She loves working with college students and helping them plan for and reach their academic and life goals.
Brooke Gibson

Brooke Gibson is a second year Student Success College Possible Coach. She graduated in May 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Organizational Administration and minors in Psychology and Communication Arts. During her time as an undergraduate student at Austin Peay, she was very involved on campus. She has previously worked on campus for the department of Information Technology, was a Peer Leader in UNIV 1000, and worked as a Resident Assistant. She is excited to meet students and assist them through their college experience.
Donte Hobbs

Donte Hobbs is in his first year as a College Possible Success Coach. Donte earned his bachelor’s degree in computer information systems with a Concentration in Information Assurance and Security in August 2024. As a Student, Donte worked with many student organizations and has picked up a wealth of knowledge that he will be happy to pass out to his students! Ask Donte about how to get involved and he will be happy to share any information that he has and if he doesn’t know at the time he will get back to you!
